How does per-resident billing work?
You pay
$15 per active resident per month. The starter plan covers up to 10 residents ($150/month). For larger communities, contact us at
mindvitality@polsia.app — we'll build a custom quote based on your census. No resident counts against your billing unless they've actually logged in that month.
Do residents need to be tech-savvy?
Not at all. Mind Bridge was designed from the ground up for seniors. Extra-large buttons, high contrast, simple navigation, zero clutter. If a resident can tap a tablet, they can use Mind Bridge. Our average user is 75 years old.
What devices does Mind Bridge run on?
It works on any tablet, iPad, phone, or desktop computer with a modern browser. No app download required — staff can bookmark it and hand tablets directly to residents. Works on shared facility devices or personal devices.
Can we pilot it before committing?
Yes. Start with the 10-resident starter plan and run a 30-day pilot on one floor or wing. If engagement isn't there, cancel before the next billing cycle — no fees, no questions. We'll also help you set up the pilot program.
What reporting do care teams get?
The facility dashboard shows engagement rates, cognitive domain scores, improvement trends, and individual resident progress. Reports are exportable for care plan documentation. Family members can also receive optional progress updates.
Is there a setup fee or onboarding cost?
No setup fees. Onboarding support and staff training are included in all facility plans. We'll walk your activity director through the dashboard and help get first residents enrolled in under an hour.
We have 150 residents. How does pricing scale?
For communities over 50 residents, we offer
volume pricing that reduces the per-resident cost. Email us at
