By accessing or using Mind Bridge (available at mindvitality.polsia.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
These terms apply to all users of Mind Bridge, including individual subscribers, facility administrators, and residents enrolled through a facility plan.
Mind Bridge provides cognitive training exercises designed for seniors, including Memory Match, Pattern Recall, and Word Association exercises. The service adapts to your performance level, tracks progress over time, and (on paid plans) generates progress reports for caregivers and facility staff.
Mind Bridge is a wellness and training application. It is not a medical device, and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. It is not a substitute for medical advice, evaluation, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider.
By using Mind Bridge, you agree to:
Facility administrators agree to use resident data only for legitimate care purposes and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Mind Bridge offers paid subscription plans:
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing mindvitality@polsia.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
⚠️ We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the end of that period.
Certain features of Mind Bridge are available without a subscription, including the free brain assessment and a limited set of exercises. Free access may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
All content, design, software, and materials on Mind Bridge are owned by or licensed to Polsia. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your exercise performance data and progress history are yours. We grant you the right to export it upon request (see our Privacy Policy for details).
Mind Bridge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular cognitive outcomes will result from use of the exercises.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polsia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Mind Bridge — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Mind Bridge is a cognitive wellness and training tool. It is not a medical device and does not constitute medical advice. Progress scores and reports are informational only and should not be used as a basis for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions.
Consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns about cognitive health, dementia, or neurological conditions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Mind Bridge at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform. We will provide notice where feasible.
You may terminate your account at any time by emailing mindvitality@polsia.app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above and, for active subscribers, by email notice. Continued use of Mind Bridge after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
